  • Tasks & Thoughts: Stored locally on your device and synced via iCloud to your personal Apple account.
  • Focus Sessions: Duration and category data stored locally for analytics features.
  • Goals: Goal titles, progress, and linked tasks stored locally and via iCloud.
  • Calendar Data: Accessed only with your explicit permission to enable scheduling features. Never stored on our servers.
  • Account Information: If you sign in with Apple, we receive only the information you choose to share.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To provide AI-powered task planning and scheduling
  • To deliver focus timer and productivity tracking features
  • To sync your data across your Apple devices via iCloud
  • To improve app performance and user experience
  • To send local notifications for reminders and focus sessions

4. Data Storage

All your personal data (tasks, thoughts, goals, focus sessions) is stored locally on your device and optionally synced through Apple's iCloud service. We do not maintain separate servers that store your personal information. Your data remains under Apple's privacy and security protections.

  • Apple Sign In: For account authentication
  • Google Calendar: For calendar integration (with your explicit permission)
