By downloading, installing, or using Telion ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

Telion is an AI-powered focus planner application designed for Apple platforms (iOS, iPadOS, watchOS, macOS). The App provides task management, focus timing, goal tracking, thought capture, smart scheduling, and CarPlay integration.

You may sign in using Apple Sign In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

• Telion offers both free and paid (Pro) subscription plans.
• Pro is available at ₹99/month or ₹1,089/year, both with a 3-day free trial.
• Pro subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
• Refunds are handled through Apple according to their refund policy.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
• Interfere with the proper working of the App

All content, features, and functionality of Telion are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Telion is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Your use of Telion is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described therein.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
